IDEAL is not a passive community. Members are expected to show up, engage, and contribute to the collective growth of the group. Seriousness and respect are the baseline.
You don't have to be aged 16–25 to be part of what IDEAL is building. Professionals, organisations, and supporters play a vital role too.
Contribute expertise in research, communication, design, or community building. Help shape the environments where the next generation of African professionals grow. Volunteers are essential to how IDEAL operates and improves.
